Placement Test
A Placement Test is required for all incoming Freshmen at Bishop Kelly.
All Bishop Kelly incoming Freshmen take a placement exam that helps determine which Math class they should be enrolled in. Bishop Kelly does recognize transcripted high school courses taken prior to enrollment. However, all incoming students will take a placement exam and course placement will depend on the outcome of the exam.
8th Graders who currently attend a Treasure Valley Catholic School will be assessed by BK Staff at their own school. Those assessments will take place on the following dates:
April 29th
- St. Mark’s Catholic School
- St. Paul’s Catholic School
April 30th
- St. Ignatius Catholic School
- St. Joseph’s Catholic School
May 1st
- Sacred Heart Catholic School
- St. Mary’s Catholic School
Incoming Freshmen from any other school will be assessed at Bishop Kelly on Saturday, May 3rd.
