Online Application Process

STEP #1:

• Students in the 8th – 10th grade can complete THIS APPLICATION FORM at any time during the year.  
  • All Applicants need a digital copy of their most recent report card or progress report to complete this form.
  • Applicants who are not currently attending a Treasure Valley Catholic School will also need a digital copy of their most recent ISAT or MAP Testing scores to complete this form.
  • Application forms will be reviewed by our admissions office, who will communicate with the student’s most recent school regarding academics, attendance, and behavior.

STEP #2:

• Within 7 business days you will receive a link to complete online enrollment.
  In order to complete online enrollment, please gather and be prepared to digitally upload these required documents:
  • Applicant’s birth certificate
  • Applicant’s immunization record
  • Freshman Course Request Form
  • Sophomore Course Request Form
  • Junior Course Request Form

STEP #3:

• You will be prompted to create a TADS account. This is Bishop Kelly’s financial management system. You will complete your enrollment by paying the enrollment fee.

STEP #4:

• 1-2 days after completing enrollment, a decision will be made regarding your enrollment status. Both the student and parent will receive an email confirmation.
  

STEP #5:

• Incoming Freshmen take a mandatory math placement test. Enrolled students will be prompted to sign up for this test in February-March.
