Digital Photography
The course incorporates the principles of design and elements of art into digital photography. Students will learn how digital cameras work, a basic history of photography, composition, and how to intentionally manipulate camera settings. Students will also learn Adobe Lightroom editing basics. Students will leave the course with a portfolio of work created over the course of the semester that demonstrates their understanding. A second semester may be taken where students will explore more advanced techniques in photography.
