THIS COURSE IS A DOUBLE BLOCK (2 CLASS PERIODS)

This course will be an introduction to teaching elementary education. Students will develop an understanding of the sources of curriculum, management, and assessments.  It will also provide an opportunity for students who are interested in a career in education to work with K-8 students in our Catholic Partner Schools.  Students will explore what it means to become a successful teacher committed to student success through the development of observation and hands-on learning.
