The Introduction to Leadership course is a semester-long elective centered around faith-based leadership that helps Bishop Kelly students develop essential leadership skills. Students will explore personality types and leadership styles, focusing on Servant Leadership inspired by Christ’s example of compassion and integrity. Through a study of leadership theories, students will develop key skills such as public speaking, interviewing, and conflict resolution. They will also research leadership styles and connect with mentors to refine their skills in real-world scenarios. This course is offered as an aid for students who are in or seeking leadership roles within and outside of school; preferred access will be given to elected House student leaders.
