As a student’s first encounter with Spanish, this course will be an exposure to the basics of the structure and pronunciation of the language through a focus on vocabulary development. Listening, comprehension and speaking skills will be highlighted. Geography, history and other cultural topics of the Hispanic world will be introduced as part of language development.
